Salve a tutti, sono di nuovo qui per chiedere un attimo aiuto su vari problemi riscontrati in slackware...
Dunque..

Il problema principale è che veramente non riesco a configurare la wireless... ho seguito un how to, ho editato il file inet1.conf , ho dato un restart pero non riesco a venirne a capo... Questo varie volte....

Non riesco a trovare le configurazioni della tastiera, ma a parte quello, per esempio non riesco ad accedere al forum... Da un altro pc con distro differente riesco, ma da quello della Slack no... [-(

Qualcuno mi puo consigliare qualche dritta please?

comunque per il momento sto installando slackbuild per avere Gnome, non sono un amante del Kde... comunque l'ho connesso via cavo, pero sto scrivendo da un altro laptop.. Certo l'output arriva dal pc di Slack..

hai provato ad usare wicd, presente nella /extra del dvd di installazione?

per la tastiera, modifica da root i files /etc/profile.d/lang.sh e /etc/profile.d/lang.csh

Si di questo gia ne ero completamente sicuro.. a parte che ci sto prendendo proprio la mano oggi con Slack ora vedro come installarlo, e non è la prima volta che sento che wicd è piu portabile... Per spulciare i pacchetti extra revisionero la docu che ho a portata di mano, vale il detto RTFM

comunque, vedo come finisce l'installazione di slackbuild, chissa che risolvo anche la questione della tastiera... Non so preferisco Gnome al Kde... questione di gusti..

uso XFCE, e con questa modifica mi ha automaticamente messo il layout
d'altronde credo sia quello il problema di configurazione della tastiera di cui parlava, a meno che non si trattasse dei tasti multimediali
in tal caso mi scuso per aver detto una cosa inutile

Per favore scrivere in italiano corretto, o almeno non usare codici da sms inoltre, usare il tag CODE quando si devono riportare output di qualsiasi tipo e lunghezza.

si vede che XFCE indovina in qualche modo il layout della tastiera che si avvicina alle impostazioni di lang.*sh... comunque per impostare la tastiera è necessario vedere prima quale DE/WM usi...

Giusto per chiarire, it_IT@euro va aggiunto al lang.sh, il lang.csh (se usi la shell csh) va modificato in it_IT senza @euro, e comunque se non usi csh puoi anche fare a meno di modificarlo...
In ogni caso questi files non impostano la tastiera, ma la lingua del sistema, ad esempio i programmi gtk usano questi files per determinare la lingua dei propri menu...

In kde per impostare la tastiera vai in Impostazioni di sistema --> Lingua e Paese

se hai bisogno chiedi pure...
