Aiuto con l'inglese. Sto comunicando con Trueg

Beata ignoranza!
Ho avuto un problema con K3b, e dietro consiglio di Samiel, ho scritto direttamente a Sebastian Trueg, che gentilmente mi ha prontamente risposto.
Purtroppo l'inglese non è il massimo per me, per cui vi "pasto" la corrispondenza che sto avendo con lui.
Cosa dovrei fare adesso?
