Banned from Syrol ???

Hi there,
I can not join the irc channels on the syrolnet network anymore. this is due to my recent ISP swtich.
Here's the error messages I got when I try to connect to irc.syrolnet.org
I am bored by the "permanently banned" message 
btw, here's my configuration for Syrolnet in serverlist.conf
Help and pieces of advice appreciated. Thanks in advance
